Welcome! I’m a qualified counsellor and special education teacher with over 20 years of experience working with children, young people, and their families. Originally from Switzerland, I’ve lived and worked in Australia for nearly 15 years, bringing a strong foundation in inclusive, person-centred practice. My work is guided by empathy, respect, and a deep belief in each person’s potential to grow and thrive.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with disability, including those accessing services through the NDIS. I work closely with young people and their support networks to foster confidence, independence, and a strong sense of identity.
My services include individual counselling and small group sessions targeting specific NDIS goals such as emotional regulation, daily living skills, communication, and employment readiness. I collaborate with participants and families to ensure each person feels heard, supported, and empowered to reach their goals in meaningful, practical ways.
In addition to NDIS-related work, I provide counselling for young people and families navigating life’s challenges. Areas of focus include anxiety, identity development, friendships and peer issues, low motivation, and navigating life transitions. My sessions offer a safe and supportive space for young people to express themselves, reflect, and build the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
My aim is simple: to walk alongside you as you discover who you are,
what you want, and how to make it happen — one step at a time.
